Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service and repair, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC systems. The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for performing HVAC services, and repairs on HVAC systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Total Compensation Range: $80 - $210K annually, including base pay (hourly), commission and bonus, depending on experience and performance.

What Will You Do?

• Service and repair for residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect and test systems to verify plan and specification standards of compliance, while providing the highest level of customer service.
• Perform system maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical components, refrigerant levels, and airflow.
• Educate customers on system operations, maintenance best practices, and potential upgrades.
• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems; duct replacement and IAQ solutions
• Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained
• Maintain proper stock, tools, parts, and safety equipment in the fleet vehicle.
• Diagnose service issues, replace parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and communicate fully with the customer on the issues and solutions.
• Other duties as assigned by the needs of the company.
  
  

What Do You Need?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
• 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation of residential HVAC systems, duct replacement and IAQ solutions
• EPA Certification preferred
• NATE Certification a plus
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
