Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform system tune-ups, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
• Test and inspect equipment for safety and proper function
• Identify repairs and provide accurate recommendations and estimates to customers
• Complete installations of replacement parts and equipment as needed
• Communicate diagnoses, options, and pricing clearly to customers
• Educate customers on maintenance plans and energy-saving solutions
• Document service tickets, work orders, and job details for each call
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in clean, safe condition
• Travel to residential and commercial sites as required
