Red Bear Mechanical in Carson City, NV is seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our family-owned team. You’ll service residential split systems, commercial units, and boilers, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional customer service while growing with us.

We offer up to $100,000+ per year, 100% company-paid health insurance, a tool allowance, and a company vehicle with tools. Dispatch-from-home option and a leadership academy program are included to support your growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on HVAC service and installation experience.
• Knowledge of residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers.
• EPA Certification preferred; willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Grow into leadership through our Red Bear Leadership Academy (all expenses paid, including fly-in training with hotel and meals covered).
