Job summary

Redlands Plumbing Heating & Air in Redlands, CA is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. You will support the Service Manager with training needs, inventory, and pricing, and participate in retrofit installations as required.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, safety, and proficiency with Service Titan CRM; valid license and EPA/NATE credentials are required, with potential for career growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Nate Certifications or acquire once employed.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Background check and drug test upon conditional offer of employment.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
• Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing.
• Work in the utility programs the company participates in as well as work on the retrofit installations as needed.
• Excellent customer service.
• Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM.

HVAC Service Technician | 18% commission off the top of Gross Sales + Bonuses

Potential Annual earnings $150,000

$6,000 sign on bonus - depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some weekends and evenings required

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.

Salary: $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year
