Redlands Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Redlands, CA to service, maintain and repair a variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. This role offers an 18% commission on gross sales plus bonuses and a $6,000 sign-on bonus depending on experience.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekends and evenings. The company has served the Inland Empire for 127 years and offers a take-home company vehicle, 100%

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC service.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• NATE certifications or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Service, maintenance and repairs on residential & light commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide feedback on training needs, inventory and pricing.
• Work on retrofit installations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Daily use of Service Titan CRM.

Position Summary:

• Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing
• Work in the utility programs the company participates in as well as work on the retrofit installations as needed
• Excellent customer service
• Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Certification
• Nate Certifications or acquire once employed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired

• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
