Essig Plumbing & Heating, LLC is seeking experienced residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our Berks County team. Year-round work, a high hourly wage plus uncapped commission, and the flexibility to deploy from home with a take-home vehicle set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• EPA refrigerant license or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a 50 state background check.
• Understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles.
• Willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
