HVAC Service Technician

$30-$40/Hour | $120K-$130K Earning Potential | Limited On-Call

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose equipment, complete repairs, and provide homeowners with a professional service experience.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll be the expert homeowners rely on when their heating or cooling system isn't working properly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and accurately identify equipment problems.
• Complete repairs and service work efficiently and according to quality standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and help customers keep their systems operating reliably.
• Explain equipment issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations in a way homeowners can easily understand.
• Document completed work and communicate effectively with the office team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude while working inside customers' homes.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to provide an excellent overall customer experience.

Your Earning Potential

This is more than a standard hourly service position. Technicians who consistently perform at a high level can reach $120,000-$130,000 in annual earnings through a combination of hourly pay and performance incentives.

Compensation includes:

• $30-$40 per hour, based on experience
• Performance-based bonus opportunities

• No on-call shifts after 8:00 PM
