Job summary

Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is seeking an HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential systems. You will use Service Titan on an iPad to explain repairs, upsell parts, and provide excellent customer service in the Spokane metro area.

We offer hourly pay plus commission and spiffs, plus a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a company vehicle. Join a team known for top-notch service and customer care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• EPA Certification; NATE certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record within the last 3 years.
• Experience with variable speed units, mini splits, refrigerant handling.
• Comfort using an iPad and Service Titan software; strong customer service.

What You Need

• 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• 06A Training Card (Electrical Apprentice)
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with: variable speed units, mini splits, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
• EPA Certification, Nate preferred
