Job Description

This technician supports installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration post-installation.
• Handle basic products and problems, escalating complex issues.
• Use experience and technical skills to assess service needs.
• Report on inspections and corrective actions.
• Work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work overtime, on-call, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 2-6 years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Technical skills in maintenance, service, and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to complete repairs and paperwork
• Ability to work independently and self-schedule
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• NATE certification a plus
• Availability for on-call service and occasional travel

Physical Requirements

Technicians must be able to safely perform tasks such as lifting up to 75 lbs, working at heights, climbing ladders, and handling tools and equipment on rooftops.
