Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule.
• NATE Certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and diagnose accurately.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with customers.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices.

Job Responsibilities

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including:

• Gas and electric furnaces
• Central air conditioning systems
• Boilers
• Heat pumps
• Mini-split systems
• Light commercial rooftop units (RTUs) up to 10 tons

You will also:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues accurately
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspectionsCommunicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
• NATE Certification is a plus but not required
