Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven HVAC service experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and testing/balancing.
• EPA Certification and HVAC license preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and on-call availability.
• Commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Commission new HVAC equipment and systems for optimal performance.
• Perform on-call diagnostics and repairs.
• Execute replacements, retrofits, and upgrades.
• Conduct functional testing to verify performance.
• Install refrigeration piping with evacuations and charging.
• Perform air and water testing and balancing.
• Provide planned maintenance to extend equipment life.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring system efficiency.
