Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on HVAC systems using provided checklists.
• Perform high-quality repairs on gas/electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning, and mini-split systems in accordance with code and company standards.
• Clearly present Repair, Rebuild, Refresh, Replace options to homeowners.
• Educate clients on the benefits of Club Memberships and promote enrollment.
• Accurately document services performed, system conditions, and future recommendations.
• Maintain truck stock inventory, organization, and cleanliness per company standards.
• Follow established protocols for service opportunity management and daily call debriefing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction on every job.
• Contribute to achieving key department performance metrics and goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of gas/electric furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• NATE Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
