We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician for a 4/10 schedule, Monday through Saturday, rotating work days.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 4/10 shifts on a rotating schedule

Pay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience + SPIFFS

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair systems
• Provide excellent customer service
• Consult with customers regarding repair and replacement options, including indoor air quality accessories
• Educate customers on the importance of annual maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• At least 3 years of troubleshooting and service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Experience with various equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to obtain NATE certification within one year of employment
• Operate scissors and genie lifts safely
• Knowledge of sheet metal practices
• Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent
