Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Solid diagnostic ability across a wide range of equipment and failure modes.
• Comfortable with a performance-based pay structure and motivated to earn.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Strong communication skills — you'll be the face of McWilliams in every home.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers.
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and seasonal service visits.
• Present repair options and replacement solutions clearly to homeowners — consultative, not high-pressure.
• Deliver a 5-star service experience that turns first-time customers into loyal ones.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Manage your own schedule and van inventory with professionalism.
