Job summary

M&S Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can diagnose issues, explain options clearly to customers, and provide ethical, value-based service. You will manage your service vehicle, calls, and complete quality work in customers’ homes with pride and professionalism.

Base hourly pay with opportunities for commissions on repairs and system sales, plus a benefits package and company vehicle.

• Have residential HVAC service experience.
• Able to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment.

We’re looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who can walk into a home, figure out what’s really going on, explain it clearly, and help the customer make the right decision.

Our technicians are trusted professionals.

You will run your own service vehicle, manage your calls, diagnose HVAC problems, talk customers through what you find, build repair options, and complete quality work.

If you’re strong technically, good with people, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Run residential HVAC service calls
• Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling problems
• Complete full system evaluations
• Explain problems in simple terms customers can understand
• Build repair and replacement options based on what you find
• Present those options confidently and honestly
• Help customers make informed decisions
• Complete approved repairs and service work
• Keep customers updated throughout the visit
• Take care of your company vehicle, tools, and work area
• Leave the customer’s home clean and professional
• Build the kind of trust that makes customers ask for you again

The Technician We’re Looking For

You know your trade.

How Pay Works

Our service technicians earn abase hourly rate plus spiff on repairs and commission on system sales!!

This gives you a base while also giving high-performing technicians the opportunity to earn more based on their results.

You should be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and being accountable for the quality of your work, your customer experience, and your results.
