Fetch-A-Tech seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Service & Sales Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain home HVAC systems while recommending upgrades and indoor air quality solutions. You will build customer relationships and thrive in a performance-driven environment in Las Vegas.

You will identify opportunities to propose system improvements, provide accurate estimates, and maintain high service standards, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair HVAC systems; analyze issues, provide cost estimates and recommendations; maintain truck inventory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues; plan work procedures with current layouts.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs; perform preventive maintenance and advise on ongoing care.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Document services performed and parts used with accurate records.

Job description

Fetch-A-Tech is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service & Sales Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing homeowners with trusted comfort solutions. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while identifying opportunities to recommend system upgrades, repairs, and indoor air quality solutions that best meet each customer's needs. Key Responsibilities

• Service and repair HVAC systems: Analyze system issues and identify appropriate repair courses of action; prepare written work cost estimates and customer recommendations. Maintain truck inventory. Ensure necessary tools and equipment for each job are present.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Complete diagnostic troubleshooting of HVAC Systems, checking the layout of existing HVAC devices and units to plan work procedures properly.
• Conduct maintenance and repair: Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Complete repairs and offer recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
• Customer interaction: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Safety and compliance: Follow all safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
