We are actively seeking a HVAC Service Technician in the Charlotte, NC area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general HVAC in-home service calls.
• Establish rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services.
• Ask lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling malfunctions.
• Assist customers in choosing financing options and maintenance plans.
• Explain replacement options for aging or inefficient systems.
• Meet service criteria and exceed revenue goals.
• Present yourself professionally and knowledgeably to gain referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure business success.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-stocked truck.
• Participate in training, meetings, trade shows, and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices for efficient repairs and installations.
• Accurately complete invoices, time cards, and feedback sheets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams, and draw simple diagrams
• Ongoing education towards NATE certification
• Clean driving record
• Highly organized with strong follow-through skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High integrity and strong social skills to build connections
• Desire to improve as a technician continuously
• Competitive yet team-oriented mindset
