The role requires a journeyman license or equivalent, and involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC units across residential, commercial, and industrial settings to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to interact

Qualifications

Must have or be willing to obtain within 1 week of hire date - Universal EPA Certificate.
Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively with power and hand tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
Must be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various environmental conditions.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
