Job description

Responsibilities

• Able to perform maintenance and detailed troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment including but not limited to: Packaged RTU’s, large split systems, VRF systems, cooling towers, air‑cooled chillers, Variable Frequency Drives, pumps & motors.
• Basic understanding, operation, and navigation of common Building Automation Systems (i.e. Trane, Honeywell, JCI, etc.).
• Familiar with different manufacturers’ service software for VRF systems (i.e. Mitsubishi, Daikin, Sanyo, Toshiba, Fujitsu, etc.).
• Self‑motivated and able to work with limited guidance from management.
• Fill out service tickets and timesheets electronically (iPad) and send via email.
• Travel as necessary during peak seasons between Huntsville & Birmingham.
