Job summary

Systems Contractors, A Fidelity Company, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our service team in Greensboro, NC. You will run service and maintenance calls for commercial HVAC customers, ensuring reliable operation and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes service delivery, troubleshooting, and ongoing training; a professional appearance and adherence to safety are required for daily fieldwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining wide range large commercial and light commercial HVAC equipment & refrigeration.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and provide beneficial solutions.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background check & drug screen.

We’re looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our service team in NC! This position will be running service, and maintenance calls for our commercial HVAC customers.

What you will be doing

• Provide service, repair, and maintenance for commercial HVAC systems
• Customer service and open communication are a priority
• Additional education is provided through in-house training and factory training programs.
• Observe company safety measures and present a professional attitude and appearance.

Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, overtime as needed
