The HVAC Service Tech is responsible for:

• Diagnosis and Repair: Conduct diagnostic assessments of HVAC systems, identify issues, and perform repairs or replacements efficiently and accurately.
• Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak system performance.
• Installation Support: Assist with installing new HVAC systems, handling equipment, ductwork, and electrical connections under supervision.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers, explain services, and address concerns promptly.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of services, work orders, and inventory.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of technician experience
• Valid Driver's license and clean MVR report
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proficiency with power tools for plumbing tasks
• Ability to wear PPE in compliance with regulations
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including construction sites and outdoor settings
• Ability to complete tasks within standard timeframes
