Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors Company in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large commercial HVAC systems and related controls.

Requirements include proven service experience, ability to diagnose and repair, and a Journeyman license preferred. We offer competitive hourly pay, overtime, company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience in commercial/industrial equipment.
• Able to diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems.
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain medium to large commercial HVAC systems and related controls.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, and repair as needed.
• Disassemble and assemble parts for maintenance and repair, ensuring quality workmanship.
