Job summary

72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC technician for on-site service in Fredericksburg, TX. You will diagnose and repair residential systems, upsell appropriate repairs and parts, and provide exceptional customer service to homeowners.

Requirements include 2+ years of field experience, EPA and TDLR certifications, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with iPad and Service Titan. Competitive benefits and earning potential are offered.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment (2+ years).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan.
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell repairs.
• Experience with variable-speed units and components; refrigerant handling.

What you need:

• 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with: variable speed units, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
• EPA Certification and TDLR, Nate preferred
