What You'll Do:

• Expertly troubleshoot and execute repairs on a variety of HVAC systems and equipment.

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, providing accurate solutions.
• Promptly perform emergency repairs to ensure system functionality.
• Maintain compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Meet service standards, follow work instructions, and fulfill customer requirements.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and understand customer needs and expectations.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• A commitment to ongoing education and professional development in HVAC.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Enjoyment in interacting with people and providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
