Job summary

Infinity Texas Air in Forney, TX is hiring HVAC Service Technicians to service residential customers across Forney, Rockwall, Crandall, Kaufman and the Cedar Creek Lake area. Year‑round work, a company vehicle, and room to grow come with the job.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred).
• TDLR ACR Technician Registration or ACR License.
• Strong diagnostic skills on split systems, heat pumps, and gas furnaces.
• Clear communication and customer skills.
• A professional appearance and a team-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Run residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance calls scheduled by dispatch.
• Diagnose cooling, heating, and airflow problems accurately and efficiently.
• Walk homeowners through clear repair and replacement options and earn their trust.
• Recommend maintenance memberships and comfort upgrades that fit the customer’s needs.
• Keep your truck stocked, organized, and professional.
• Document every call in our field service software.
• Take part in the on-call rotation.
