Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $30.00/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, replace, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning condenser and coils using approved methods and chemicals.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential systems with minimal assistance and supervision while maintaining a positive attitude with customers.
• Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with customers to prevent future issues.
• Use software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 2+ years of HVAC residential and/or light commercial field experience. Completion of HVAC schooling is preferred.
• Obtain the appropriate certifications (EPA Type I, II, III, or Universal). Other HVAC certifications are a PLUS!
• Valid driver’s license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
• Effective management of call volume and daily tasks; flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
