Key Responsibilities

• HVAC Installations & Repairs: Remove, install, and replace HVAC systems and components
• System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and identify issues
• Repair Quotes: Provide accurate quotes for repairs and services
• Customer Education: Explain HVAC systems and options to customers
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular system checks
• Training & Mentoring: Support junior team members
• Client Communication: Maintain professional communication
• Adhere to Codes: Follow local HVAC standards
• Physical Tasks: Heavy lifting, work in tight spaces, outdoor work as needed
