Pay Range: $30.00 to $45.00 an hour, based on experience, plus incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment.
2. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
3. Educate customers on system operations and maintenance.
4. Maintain accurate records of services performed.
5. Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of HVAC experience.
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics.
3. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
4. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication, soft skills, and customer service abilities.
7. Licenses and certifications are preferred, but not required.
