Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking a Service Technician to ensure our rental equipment operates at peak performance, in our Edmond, OK shop or at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete repairs with safety and customer satisfaction as priorities.

You will install, test, and repair equipment, deliver hands-on support, and maintain service records while traveling to sites and supporting on-call rotations. A strong safety mindset is essential.

• 3+ years of technical experience in HVAC/R, equipment service, field maintenance, or related area.

What You'll Do

• Install, test, maintain, and repair rental equipment both in-house and at customer sites.
• Diagnose technical issues and resolve them efficiently-or collaborate with team experts when needed.
• Deliver hands‑on customer support, including training users on proper equipment care.
• Maintain accurate service records using modern tools and systems.
• Travel to customer sites, support on‑call rotations, and adapt to seasonal overtime as needed.
• Always put safety first‑on the road, in the shop, and on customer sites.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of technical experience in HVAC/R, equipment service, field maintenance, or a related area and goodmechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and applyelectrical schematics & blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills (mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic a plus).
• Great communication skills-you can explain technical issues clearly to customers and teammates.
• A safety‑first mindset and proven track record of working responsibly in shop or field settings.
• EPA Universal, CDL or HVAC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• A clean driving record to be verified through MVR
