$25 - $45 per hour. It is REALLY up to you. We offer base pay and profit sharing collected weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Service and installation of major components for new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, both residential and light commercial.
• Closing rate benchmarks.
• Planning, preparation, and performance.
• Customer service skills.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Professional communication.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and line voltage.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• 3 years of lead position experience is a must.
