Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
• Work directly with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Install new equipment and systems when necessary
• Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to management
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry standards
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HVAC Service Technician role preferred
• Registered HVAC Technician in the State of Texas TDLR.
• EPA certification required;
• Additional certifications in NATE, HVAC, OSHA, or fall protection are a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to educate customers on best options for their homes
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
