We offer competitive pay ranging from $28 - $35/hour, depending on experience, and great benefits and perks like tool reimbursement and training compensation. We also offer:

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As a full-time HVAC Service Technician, you'll enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility based on workload. Your day will typically start at 7:30 AM, and you'll work until the day's calls are completed. While some days may be lighter, others may extend longer, depending on the service needs. You'll also participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule to ensure we provide our customers with the best service possible.

Your primary focus will be diagnosing and troubleshooting heating and cooling systems. You will provide customers with estimates for repairs and ensure they understand what's needed to restore their comfort. After receiving approval, you'll handle repairs in the field, ensuring everything is done to perfection. As the day winds down, you'll finalize service calls and collect payment from customers. On lighter service days, you may be called to support the installation team, helping to complete jobs and ensure everything runs smoothly.

OUR IDEAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a service technician
• Knowledge about various types of heating equipment (air or ground source heat pumps, mini splits, and boilers)
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record

EPA and NATE certifications are preferred.
