Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $44.00/hr

We are hiring an HVAC Service Technician to be part of our residential team! The ideal candidate will have exceptional experience troubleshooting and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

The pay rate is $27.00 to $44.00+ per hour, based on experience and capabilities.

Work details:

• Work hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
• Schedule: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

1. Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
2. Work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
3. Service propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
4. Experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential and commercial equipment
5. Provide excellent customer service
6. Consult with and educate homeowners on systems and products
7. Contact tech support with diagnostic questions

Qualifications / Skills:

1. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
2. 5+ years of HVAC experience
3. EPA Universal Certification
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Experience consulting customers on repair and replacement decisions
6. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
7. Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
8. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
9. High school diploma or equivalent
10. HVAC technical school certification preferred
