Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing, the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America, is seeking self-motivated HVAC technicians for employment in the Chicagoland area. Come and join the area’s premier Heating and Air Conditioning contractor.

We offer a $10,000 signing bonus, competitive hourly rates, company-subsidized health insurance with 3 options, a 401K with company match, and paid training.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required.
• Successful completion of HVAC Trade School.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be available to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Sales capabilities to offer customers value and added services.

Responsibilities

• Perform Clean and Checks on residential and commercial systems.
• Be a resident expert on equipment including boilers and larger units.
• Learn new equipment and repairs as seen.
• Perform work safely and accurately.
• Engage in sales to offer customers value-added services.
• Maintain low call-back rate on service calls.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Technicians are expected to perform all duties that are required of them. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform Clean and Checks
