Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial systems across Chicagoland. Earn substantial income through performance-based commissions and a supportive team with dispatch and parts backup.

Take-home service vehicle and strong earning potential are emphasized, along with a stable workload and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• HVAC trade school completion required or strongly preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required or preferred.
• Residential and/or commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer communication and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• HVAC sales or estimating experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and larger HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently and correctly.
• Educate customers and recommend value-added repairs or upgrades.
• Maintain a low callback rate through quality workmanship.
• Operate independently using a company-provided service vehicle.
• Stay current with new HVAC equipment and technologies.

The Role

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems across Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.

This role is ideal for technicians who want autonomy in the field, strong support behind the scenes, and the ability to maximize income through skill and performance.
