Job summary

JD Precision Plumbing in Conroe, TX is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will perform on-site HVAC service calls, diagnose issues, and repair systems with a customer-focused approach.

This role features performance-based pay with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle and tools, hands-on training, and clear growth paths. Dispatch from home is offered, with flexible schedules and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)
• Background check and drug screening required
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills — you represent the brand on every call
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions, including tight spaces and varying temperatures
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
