R & T Yoder HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Technician. Earn up to $40/hour, with a $300 sign-on bonus and generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, sick days, and monthly bonus opportunities. Qualifications

• 4+ years HVAC field experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly with clients
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems in homes or buildings
• Remove old HVAC systems and dispose of equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
• Train junior team members
• Communicate with clients about system status and recommendations
• Order and maintain equipment and tools
• Run pipe and duct work through structures
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams during installations
