D&L LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician in Columbus, MS to service and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The role requires EPA certification and a valid driver's license, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a company truck provided.

Expect year-round, full-time work with paid holidays and a healthcare plan. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing RTUs, air handlers, and package units; performing preventative maintenance; and ensuring safe, documented service.

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• EPA Universal License required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and determine the best repair solution.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Work on RTUs, air handlers, package units, split systems, pumps, chillers, boilers, and related HVAC systems.
• Communicate with customers and provide professional, service-focused support.
• Complete service documentation, work orders, and required paperwork.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Work independently while also supporting the D&L service team when needed.

HVAC Technician | Columbus, MS | Mon-Fri Schedule | Up to $40/hr DOE
We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians with 3+ years of experience to support our day-to-day needs for an industrial facility (must be EPA certified and have a valid driver's license). We guarantee 40 hours a week with no seasonal layoffs and this position also comes with a company truck, company paid healthcare plan and immediate paid vacation and holidays!

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments
• Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment
• Hands‑on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards
• Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls
• EPA Universal License
• Valid Driver's License
