Job summary

Bradham Comfort Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician for the 2nd shift. In this role you will perform comprehensive inspections, communicate clearly with homeowners, and propose upgrades to improve comfort and efficiency.

You will create estimates and invoices using Service Titan, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to excellent customer service, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC field experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive home HVAC safety and performance inspections (60–90 minutes).
• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and expert guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency and IAQ with upgrades or preventative services.
• Create estimates and invoices using Service Titan and explain services to customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training.

• Preforming comprehensive whole-home HVAC safety and performance inspections during service visits (60-90 minutes).
• Build trust with homeowners by providing clear communication, expert guidance, and long-term HVAC solutions, not just quick fixes.
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality by recommending system upgrades or preventative services.
• Create accurate estimates and invoices using Service Titan while clearly explaining services to customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to stay current with industry best practices and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC field experience working in single-family homes.
• EPA Certification (required).
• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• NATE Certification (preferred).
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Motivated by achieving goals and driving profitable outcomes.
• Physically able to lift 50-75 lbs. and work in varied environments.
