Job summary

Bradham Comfort Services Inc is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician for 2nd shift to join our growing team. You will perform in-home safety and performance inspections, explain HVAC solutions, and help customers choose efficient upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC field experience in single-family homes.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• NATE Certification is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Physically able to lift 50-75 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive whole-home HVAC safety and performance inspections during service visits (60-90 minutes).
• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and long-term HVAC solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality with system upgrades or preventative services.
• Create accurate estimates and invoices using Service Titan while clearly explaining services to customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to stay current with industry best practices.
