Job summary

Snell Home Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, plus perform preventive maintenance.

You can earn $45+ per hour with bonuses and incentives, and some roles have sign-on bonuses up to $5,000. We provide robust paid training and clear growth paths.

What our HVAC Technicians do?

Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
