Job summary

Snell Home Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Alexandria area. The role offers a competitive base with a sign-on bonus and the opportunity to earn $45+ per hour with incentives, plus paths to leadership and licenses.

Technicians service residential HVAC systems, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs and preventative maintenance, with ample training resources and advancement from within.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to pursue Journeyman license and NATE certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems in customers' homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs and options to customers.

What our HVAC Technicians do?

Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
