Job summary

Cii Service in Burlington, NC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our service team. You will service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, pumps, AHUs, RTUs, and split systems, while maintaining exceptional customer communication.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in HVAC service, OSHA 10, universal refrigerant certification preferred, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing HVAC equipment.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems.
• Repair and replace defective equipment and wiring.
• Test joints for leaks and electrical continuity.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
• Apply HVAC knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues.

Primary Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks as well as electrical circuits and components for continuity
• Constant and professional communication with clients, all team members, and office
• Effectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipment

Qualifications and preferred experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in servicing HVAC equipment
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Valid driving license and clean driving record, required
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings during employment
• Ability to pass a background check
