Trillium Staffing is seeking a direct hire HVAC Service Technician in the Burlington, KY area. This role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and performing preventive maintenance.

The compensation ranges from $30 to $45 per hour based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. The technician will work Monday to Friday and be on-call every three weeks.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Service Technician experience in the commercial field.
• Refrigeration experience required.
• Universal EPA Certificate necessary.

Job Summary

Direct hire for a HVAC Service Technician in the Burlington, KY area.

Scope of work will consist of diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and refrigeration units, walk‑in freezers, and ice machines. There will also be preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and refrigeration units.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $30-45/hr depending on experience (weekly pay). Schedule: Monday–Friday, working 40s with OT as needed. On‑call duty occurs every three weeks.
