Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician in the Burlington, KY area to manage a field crew responsible for installing HVAC systems, ductwork, line sets, and furnace maintenance in residential homes.

The role requires a valid KY JM HVAC license and a Universal EPA Certificate, with at least 3 years of residential HVAC experience and prior leadership with project management responsibilities. Schedule is Monday through Friday with OT on Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and line sets in residential homes

Job description

Direct hire for a Lead HVAC Technician in the Burlington, KY area.

The scope of work includes overseeing, leading, and managing a team responsible for installing HVAC systems, ductwork, line sets, and performing furnace maintenance in residential homes.

Schedule is Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed (OT opportunities available). Pay is up to $32/hr depending on experience.
