We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team who is also reliable, trustworthy, and cares for their community. This position is open to varying levels of experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults of HVAC systems.
• Assist with installing HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation units, following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
• Support in performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components to ensure optimal performance.
• Interact with customers professionally and respectfully, providing assistance as needed and ensuring a positive service experience.
• Ensure the company truck is properly stocked with the appropriate equipment, tools.
• Participate in formal training programs, apprenticeships, and educational courses to develop technical skills and knowledge related to HVAC systems and technology.

Qualifications

• Effectively read and write, ensuring clear communication and comprehension of job-related materials.
• Must have a good driving record, pass a drug test, and background check.
• Follows proper and applicable safety practices, procedures, and regulations.
• Work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
• Pay will be determined based on experience.
