Pay: $90,000 - $125,000 annually is a realistic compensation goal, uncapped potential

Position Summary: The residential HVAC service technician provides maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. This individual will also provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Required Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience in HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair within residential or commercial environments
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Ability to follow directions as given, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Valid Driver's license with an insurable driving record
