Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina for varied weather and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including heating, cooling and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to identify root causes and suggest effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance for optimal performance.
• Install or replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and complete service calls efficiently.
• Communicate with customers professionally, explaining repair options and recommendations.
• Document service activities, equipment status, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to enhance skills.

About the Role: As an HVAC Technician - Service, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems.

HVAC Technician - Service Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
