Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is hiring an HVAC Technician - Maintenance to inspect, maintain and repair residential HVAC systems. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues and recommend repairs to keep systems running smoothly.

You will inspect units, calibrate thermostats, replace parts, and use diagnostic tools while maintaining accurate service records and delivering excellent customer service. Compliance with safety standards is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in HVAC and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts for optimal performance.
• Inspect HVAC units to identify and diagnose issues or potential problems.
• Test and calibrate thermostats, controls, and other system components.
• Replace or repair defective parts, such as motors, belts, filters, and electrical components.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and HVAC codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

About the Role: As an HVAC Technician - Maintenance, you will play a vital role in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential properties. HVAC Technician - Maintenance Qualifications:
