We are a family-owned, residential, commercial and industrial HVAC contractor offering top quality end-to-end service for our customers, from design to completion in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery and surrounding communities for over 55 years. We specialize in solutions for all residential, commercial and industrial homes and facilities including but not limited to: ductwork/metal fabrication, service and installation of custom HVAC heat pumps, air handling and ventilation units, natural gas/oil/propane heaters and boilers, high efficiency forced air ductless and fully ducted residential and rooftop split air conditioning systems and indoor air quality solutions.
We are currently looking for HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. These positions will focus on performing service diagnostic/repair and maintenance calls for our residential and commercial HVAC customers.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, overtime as needed with stipend for weekend stand-by.
Pay Rate: We pay based on experience. We are offering Experienced Service Technicians Top Industry Pay. Experienced technicians can earn from $75,000 upward to $100,000+ annually through a combination of normal hours, overtime and sales incentives. We have a very aggressive bonuses and commissions sales structure as well as a company 401k retirement match of your contribution.

Primary Job Function: Provide repair and maintenance services for Residential and Commercial HVAC applications. Customer service and open communication are a priority. Additional education expected and provided through both in-house training and factory training programs. As a professional HVAC technician with our company, you will maximize all opportunities and adhere to a company goal of 100% customer satisfaction, observe company safety measures and present a positive and professional attitude and appearance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
Pass background check & drug screen
3 + years of HVAC Service experience
EPA Universal Certification
Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for a wide range of residential, commercial and light industrial equipment
Experience making repair and replace decisions
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for the customer
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to attend training classes and seminars
Willingness to work the extra hours when demand requires it
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
Demonstrate positive and helpful attitude towards the customer and our staff
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
